Our Investment Property Process

We begin the process with a detailed financial review to determine the best way for each client to finance the purchase of investment properties and what types of properties would work best. Options include single- or multi-family properties and those with a large monthly cash flow or long term capital appreciation.

We then run a personalized search , based on the review results, that produces hundreds of available properties in Minnesota. By using a detailed spreadsheet (shown below), the best performing properties for each client are identified.

We tour the properties to evaluate the condition, we confirm and validate all the aspects of the property.  Then we put in an offer.  After the offer is accepted, we have a licensed inspector inspect the property and we have a final financial review.

After the purchase, we connect our clients with other members of our Minnesota Investment Real Estate Advisors team .  We refer dependable contractors, that we have experience with, to help in the successful management of the property.

We also host a bi-monthly Investor Club that encourages our customers to network and share ideas.  We feature a different guest speaker at each meeting, focusing on topics our clients have requested.
