MLS Encouraging Agents to Flag Sold Properties
In this busy market, it is very common to show a foreclosed house that you found on the Minnesota MLS, get excited about it, only to find out that it sold 2 days go. It is frustration that many MN Real Estate agents feel every day. Thankfully, the MN MLS has implemented some new ideas to make this less problematic.
Now, all Minnesota MLS listings that have offers in negotiations or have an accepted offer (and they are just waiting for bank signatures) should be noted either in the agent remarks of the listing or on BookAShowing. This is the system that agents use in addition to the MLS to schedule showings.
Hopefully these changes will make for a much easier time of finding (and being able to make offers) on the home that you want.
