Minnesota MLS Emails Have Been Upgraded
I you have ever received an email from a Minnesota real estate agent with MLS properties on it, it probably came directly out of the MLS system. The emails were static, you could not do much with the houses on them except for look at them.
Recently, the Minnesota MLS has upgraded the email system to a much more robust application. Now the emails allow you to:
- sort the listed columns.
- save favorites and discard properties.
- see properties as they fall outside of your search criteria.
- identify MLS properties that have recently changed in price.
Essentially, you are keeping your own running list of MLS properties that you can work on and update. Give it a try sometime. I am sure you will like it!
